Are political parties themselves corporations? I can't seem to find anything that says that they are, but they function in the same way as a corporation, with the added responsibility of reporting all financial dealings to the FEC.
So maybe there's a work-around in that, too. If a corporation (and remember, we're really not talking about Mariott here, we're talking about a small group of individuals -- rich or poor -- who have incorporated to raise money for their cause) does any kind of political lobbying, it must report all of its finances to the FEC, and subsequently to the public. That would make corporations think long and hard before getting involved in politics.

OK guys - Now that the Disclose Act has been seriously shot down by Republican Filibuster making it completely clear what crooks they are and the lengths they are willing to go to in order to maintain or increase their power and destroy what little democracy we have left...what do you all suggest? How can we bring some sanity back to our government?

I hear there is a Movement to Restore Sanity afoot, and even a Sanity Party.
I suggest we finish creating the documents we need and start building a network of networks around the most fundamental issues we are trying to address. We don't need to support any particular solution as much as identify the problem and lay all the proposed solutions out on the table. Then we need a website, and communications and outreach to the groups that should support our cause.
This may end up hurting our chances to bring those on the right into the tent, but I do think that trying to get injunctions placed on all the new restrictive voter ID laws is maybe the best thing we can do before the election. I also think the threat of an article V convention is perhaps the only way to truly pressure Congress to act on the issue of restoring the people to their proper place in our government. And if they don't act...well then we have a convention.
