1. I am glad you provide an opportunity to vote on the agenda. If it is voted down, can we vote on adopting other agendas prepared by other delegates before July 2? Can we encourage the delegates to prepare alternate agendas soon?
2. Are you inviting media to the meetings? If not, why not?
3. Are you inviting the People to the meetings? If not, why not?
4. Are you making any outreach to other political groups (Unions, Occupy Groups, Tea Party, Libertarians, Students, Military, Progressives, Liberals, etc.) to attend our meetings? Will they have an opportunity to speak? If not,why not?
We need to be inclusive of all of the 99%
5. There are other voting schemes that have been floated that may produce a better set of final grievances.I hope we can vote on these alternate methods as well.
6. Some excellent work has been done on the new forum concerning the wording of many grievances. I hope these fine words can be voted on as well or at least incorporated with similar grievances on the list of 100.
7. Can you please send out the list of 100 grievances immediately in an email blast so we all can start grouping them, questioning them, and thinking about them before we get to Philadelphia?
8. Can a delegate cede his 2 minutes of talk time to another delegate? I wouldn't want my 2 hour speech to go unheard!
9. if fewer than 700 delegates show up, that may allow the 2 minute talk time to get expanded to 5 minutes? Will that adjustment in talk time be made once you know how many are coming?
10. I suggest that each delegate have the option of donating 10 dollars each morning to our Cause. That would possibly easily raise $21,000 in three days. But first you must disclose the financial status of your organization... I mean our organization: all expenditures made, all bills due, and all funds remaining in the till. Also outline what will be done with the $21,000 we could raise. This might encourage more folks to participate in the voluntary donation. Financial transparency in government,a nice idea eh?
11. I suggest more media drawing events in the evening and at lunch. Like reading Justice Steven's 90 page dissent on CU at the Liberty Bell, more marches and singing, visiting the National Constitution Center (and joining it!) at lunchtime. If we are meeting physically, we should take advantage of our physical strength in numbers and not sit hiding unseen in a convention center.
12. Did you invite Mayor Nutter to open our meeting?
13. What are the plans for delivering the final set of grievances to the Government? How about a march to Washington DC from Philly to DC on Labor Day?
Thanks for listening. Looking forward to a detailed response.
