We need to know who is where at the CC2.0 and what gear they are bringing that might be organized. So here is a list of items to let us know if you have them, including spouses who are not delegates at the CC2.0, so we can work together as a herd -- or better than a herd.
Where are you staying? We need to linkup each group and the Hilton group will have access to important resources at that site. About what day/time will you be there?
Do you have a cell phone; does your spouse have their own cell phone? Do the phones have cameras or camcorder features? Does the cell phone have removable storage like a microSD, what?
Will you have a non cell phone camera or motion picture camera?
Will you have a car there? When you know where you are parked we may want to linkup those sites.
Computers like a laptop or any other like devise? What is the screen size and any network access features.
Sign making materials: marking pens, plain shelf paper, masking tape, duck tape, small American flags, etc.
What other useful items will you have there? Items you need to have there or HELP you may need -- let us know.

Cell phone w/ Camera and video recording.
No car for me. I'm flying in. I still need to know the proximity of the Hotel to the airport, & if there is public transport from the airport > hotel or if I need to catch a cab.

To get from the Philadelphia International Airport to central Philadelphia -- Convention Center area:
Take the R1 train, stops at each terminal. $7 cost pay in cash only on the train.
Take a shuttle, go to ground transportation desk at each terminal near were your luggage gets lost to get setup. $10 + a tip.
Take a taxis. $28.50 + tip each additional passenger/hostage $.50 + tip.
OR you can walk, see you July 5th.
