The SC agenda for the CC2.0 has delegates in a speech marathon lasting about 9 hours, each delegate gets 2 minute to speak -- bring NoDoz or stronger meds.
This agenda can be changed by attending delegates at the first vote of the CC2.0 scheduled on July 2, 10:00 am. This first vote is to locks in the SC agenda schedule and the voting procedures; a no vote opens the agenda and procedures to allow the delegates to make these decisions.
Speech marathon math [9 hours = 3 + 3 +3]:
July 2: 2:00-5:00 pm = 3 hours, 7:00-10:00 pm = 3 hours; July 3: 9:00 am to 12:00 = 3 hours.
2 minutes talking is: 1 hour / 30 parts per hour = .0333 hours of speech time per delegate.
787 delegates x .0333 = 26.233 hours
100 delegates x .0333 = 3.333 hours
200 delegates x .0333 = 6.666 hours
300 delegates x .0333 = 9.999 hours
Math of Delegates signing two copies of the record: [12:00 to 1:30 pm = 1.5 hours]
A fast signature time of only 30 seconds = 1 hour/120 hour parts or .008333 hours per
delegate for the two signatures.
787 max delegates x .008333 hours = 6.5583 hours
100 delegates x .008333 hours = .8333 hours
200 delegates x .008333 hours = 1.6666 hours
Math of the Baseline Vote on 100 grievances: [11:30 to 12:30 pm = 1 hour]
1 hour = 60 minutes x 60 seconds = 3600 second, 3600 second /100 grievances = 36 seconds
Delegates get 30 seconds to view on a large projection screen a grievance, at the end of 36
second for each grievance they must have punched in their vote where 5 = 25 and 1 = 5, they must
correctly subtract their votes cast from their total count. If they run out of votes their vote = 0, if
they do not vote in the 30-36 time period the vote = 0 or could go to the wrong grievance. Only
a machine may know who voted for what.
This is the priceless agenda and procedure to be approved or rejected by the delegates in the CC2.0 first vote -- the only vote?
