Children, regardless of their immigration status, have a fundamental human right to free, non-partisan, non-sectarian public education, through age 19 or high school graduation, whichever comes first.
The greatest obstacle to uniformly excellent public education is the American tradition of financing it through real estate taxes. Such a system guarantees inequality.
Public funding of education must be based on equal resources being devoted to America's poorest neighborhoods and wealthiest neighborhoods alike.

Agreed. Let's add language that "prohibits the profitization" of such a sacred institution.

We sure don't want any prohibition on prophets. They're rare, but important.
