Lets get a central place where everyone can find proposed agendas to read before the first vote on Monday. This is Mike Kelley's proposed agenda, which calls for delegates to team up in sub-committees to narrow down the list of grievances. Attachments:

I really like Mike K's format for writing out the agenda, so I have used his template on my agenda proposals. Mine are not extremely different from what has been proposed so far, except that I hypothesize using a couple of different voting methods to get to our final list of grievances. This is for the "Voting Rounds" system that I have mentioned before. After writing it down, it might be a bit complicated to use next week. What do you think? Attachments:

This one is for the "Consensus Voting" system. Basically, for each grievance we will vote and see if we have at least X% consensus in order to qualify that grievance for the final Petition. If we don't reach that threshold, then we debate and take another vote. Repeat for every proposed grievance. This is really straightforward, but it could take a lot of time that we don't have to execute. Still, if we are already at consensus with these grievances then this process can proceed very quickly under this proposal. Attachments:
