I will be holding a speak-out session one afternoon July 1-3 as part of the National Gathering of the Occupy Movement sponsored by Occupy Philadelphia. The subject is the Agenda for the Consenting Governed, 2012, and specifically ratification of the Proposed Petition for Redress and Pledge of Action by the American people. I hope to have as many people as possible attend the speak-out so I can incorporate any and all suggestions for improvement to these documents and the plans for using them and gain a base of support among people interested in implementing these plans. I am offering a comprehensive vision of how to realize the change in our political system that the Occupy movement has identified as needed in our country. This vision already has been reviewed, amended, and approved by many groups and individuals in the Occupy movement, affiliates, supporters and others and represents an accurate and complete blueprint for change as requested by the Occupy movement. My goal is to bring together as many people as possible to consent to take action immediately following the National Gathering to engage the American people, obtain their agreement with the change Occupy has identified, and have the American people signal their agreement with that change and pledge to once again become active citizens in order to remedy the problems facing our country. I believe we should hold some kind of event at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. I suggest we all join that institution and partner with it to demonstrate our commitment to ensure the spirit of the Constitution does not lie dead in a museum, but lives daily in our practice of American democracy. constitutioncenter.org/ I am sure the museum would welcome several hundred visitors on one of those days in July. We could make quite an inspiring spectacle of support there.

Sounds like a nice thing to do, or am I just speaking-out, out of session?
