I'm using Firefox 12 (newest release) and I'm also testing this on IE 9.
Why do we have multiple URLs for different sections of the site? Its very confusing to click on Delegates from the99declaration.org and go to www.thenationalgeneralassembly.org/
The header logo is not centered on www.thenationalgeneralassembly.org/ (Do you need some help with the CSS on this page?)
There are multiple top menus with different layouts, depending on which page you are on. I suggest picking one of these menus, and copy-pasting the code onto each page to reduce confusion. Is this was an ASP.NET page you could setup an ASCX file and just include in on each page instead of having redundant code (which I know gets tedious if you want to update the menu but have to go through 20 pages to make one change on all of them.) Personally I would keep the menu that is used on the homepage. Just copy that onto all pages instead of just the main ones.
The map looks really good, as does the CSS for the Delegate Candidates listing, although I guess these pages need to be changed to reflect that they are now Delegates instead of merely candidates. Maybe change the page to "Meet the 99% Declaration Delegates"?
The Zip textbox on the homepage is squished for some reason on IE9. As a web dev I know how frustrating it is to get everything to look right on that browser
You probably don't want "reactions/comments" on the home page. Its too easy for spammers to muck up a page that should be clean and SMALL. You want to get your point across, show people why they should act, and give them ways to participate before they click away. The email sign-up on the top of the page is great, for example.
