Priority 1: This forum needs to send some emails to all of the delegates to restart a real contact with everyone again. Can an email list be setup with this forum's administrators?

I've tried to find my old link to the nationbuilder database. I was unsuccessful. I still have the Virginia list from about two months ago and can use that... otherwise, we're going to have to hit every site that potentially has delegate candidates and spread the word about the new forum.

Constant Contact has worked well for the company that I work at. I'm not exactly sure how much, but I think it is reasonable.
There have to be some free Constant Contact mailing list managers available too....

As people reply to the gmail link that was in yesterday's election results, we are compiling a list to add to the list of delegates that were asked to RSVP to the SC. There just aren't that many on the list yet.

There is a small, but workable email list we can begin using.
I have a catering to prepare for today, so my actual "work" time here will be limited to responding to a post here and there, maybe tidying up some threads; however, tomorrow evening, I will set up a listserv/egroup/etc. to begin inviting the delegation to the forums and, as some have suggested, begin inviting members from other groups and organizations to attend, at the least in support and solidarity.
By "I", I mean, I will get some of the process out of the way, but others are more than welcome to volunteer and make it "We".
