Can the State Coordinators email their delegates contact information now, so we will know before some of us leave:
Where they will be on July 1. Their contact email address/phone text contact info., etc.
Thank you for all your work.

Where is the list of all state coordinator names and their email addresses? That way we can start emailing them at least.
Come on.

I don't know if that info is available or not. I don't have that info but I will check with other SC members and see if anyone has it. From what I remember only a few people volunteered to be state coordinators.

I had gotten a message on the website from my state coordinator (a woman, forget her name). I replied but never heard from her again.

As far as I can tell, I'm still the VA State Coordinator, as I'm receiving double copies of all "official" message, one directly addressed to my gmail account and the other routed through the State Coordinator email account.
The downside is that I cannot seem to find the links to access the email lists on Nationbuilder nor can I find the old emails that directed me how to use the NB accounts.

Dawn, if there is no state coordinator for a state, can one still be appointed? You or I could do it for PA, since whoever was doing it seems to have abandoned the post.

I'm asking because then we might get the emails that Matt is missing, the ones with the instructions he needs.
We could then use those instructions to contact our fellow PA delegates, and he could get his VA delegates, and anyone else on here who is a state coordinator could get theirs.
OR - if anyone has that email that Matt is talking about with the instructions, please post it here so we can all follow the instructions.

Getting in touch with the VA delegates is relatively easy. I"ve already linked the forum to the Virginia Candidates Facebook group. Unfortunately, I can't really force them to join, but David and I together might be able to irritate them enough to sign up.
However, anyone who was a State Coordinator had access into the Nationbuilder accounts. Just to check, when I first started, I found that I could look at the information from other states (which may or may not have been fixed, as I pointed that out as a potential problem/bug).
I took some time off when the new job hit, as I was pushing two jobs at once and still having to be Mr. Mom. During that time I cleaned out my inbox and apparently took those initial messages out with it, as I can't find any reference to them anymore.
What you need is an active State Coordinator. They'd likely still have access to the NB database. They aren't going to appoint one at this point, I'd imagine.

I'm with Steve Cickay on this important item: "Where is the list of all state coordinator names and their email addresses?:
If the delegates don't know who the State Coordinators are for a specific State and the State Coordinators don;t know who the delegates are that will be attending............well...you know.
Dawn Hale: Please help on this.

As far as I know there were only a couple of people that volunteered to be state coordinators. I know Matt is one for VA and Farrell Parker's brother is one for Washington state. I don't know of any others. I had assumed that MP had an email list for all the delegates. It wasn't until a few weeks ago and I asked for the list that I found out one didn't exist. I found it hard to believe but if Karlie Cole had one, it was not given to MP. There are not strong enough words for me to say how much I abhor the lack of communication there is for the delegates. It was not supposed to be this way!

I don't think anyone from my state (NC) volunteered to be a State Coordinator either. In fact, after profiles were added I'm not sure how many other people from NC were involved in this project at all.
